DELIVERY

Our standard UK delivery cost is £1.99. The vast majority of our orders are dispatched either on the same working day or next working day by Royal Mail post. Rest of world deliveries are £3.99.

Our delivery service doesn’t guarantee next day delivery, however we do find it very reliable and generally 80% of all orders arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.

RETURNS

You have 30 days to return your unwanted items. It is your responsibility to ensure the items are returned to us and reach us in 100% resalable condition.

Blades must be returned in un-used 4 packs, we can not accept returns of singular blades.

PLEASE NOTE:

– Once used, razor handle, razor blades & shaving cream can’t be exchanged or refunded.

– Delivery cost will not be refunded.

Clean Shaven Ltd recommend you take out carrier insurance as if the goods do not arrive in a resalable condition no refund will be made.
